BuyRaceShirts.com is a custom racing apparel company powered by Fast Threads Inc. We specialize in custom screen printed race shirts and a unique no-cost online merch store program for drivers and racing teams. Founded in 2014 by a dirt track racer who saw that ordering race merch was too expensive and too complicated, BuyRaceShirts has built over 500 driver merch stores and completed over 1,000 race shirt orders.

BuyRaceShirts is powered by Fast Threads Inc., founded in 2014 by Jordan Tollakson. Jordan was a dirt track racer who saw that ordering race merch was broken — too expensive, too complicated, too much risk. What started as Outlaw Graphix has grown into Fast Threads Inc. with locations in Montevideo, MN, Watertown, SD, and Dawson, MN, and a production facility.

Three key differences. First, our no-cost online store program is unique — no other race shirt company offers a model where drivers get a personal merch store, earn credit per shirt sold, and get their deposit back. We pioneered this model.

Second, we charge no artwork fees and no setup fees, while competitors charge $300 or more in flat art fees that are gone forever.

Third, we handle all fulfillment — printing, packing, and shipping each individual order — so drivers never touch inventory.

All forms of racing: dirt track (late models, modifieds, sprint cars, stock cars), go-kart racing, snowmobile racing (snocross, enduro, cross-country), motocross and dirt bike racing, ATV and UTV racing, tractor and truck pulls, and drag racing. We work with drivers running WISSOTA, IMCA, USRA, NOSA, IRA, MOWA, NTPA, ISOC, AMA, NASCAR grassroots, and many more.

Over 500 driver merch stores to date, with over 100 in the last year alone, and more than 1,000 total race shirt orders completed. We were the first company to offer this type of no-cost online store model to the racing industry.

We're based in Montevideo, Minnesota in the heart of Midwest dirt track country, but we ship nationwide. Our primary customer base is across Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin, but we serve drivers and teams in all 50 states.

We design your custom shirt, build your personal online store, and handle everything from there. Your fans pre-order directly from your store link during a two-week ordering window. Once the store closes, we print, pack, and ship every order from our production facility. You earn credit per shirt sold that can be used toward free merch or money back. Yes. There is a $200 refundable deposit to start the artwork process, which ensures our artist doesn't waste their time. You get the full deposit back as credit once you hit your minimum (50 pieces for logo shirts, 75 for premium illustration shirts). The program is designed so drivers either earn free merch or make money. No other race shirt company offers this model.

50 pieces minimum for logo shirts, 75 pieces minimum for premium illustration shirts. These minimums are met through fan pre-orders during the store window, not by the driver purchasing up front.

You would need to purchase the remaining garments at store pricing. However, in over 500 stores we have never had to fully refund everyone. We always work with drivers to make it happen.

Share your store link on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media. Post it in racing groups. Share it at the track with fans, crew, and fellow racers. The more you promote your link, the more shirts you sell, and the more credit you earn.

Yes. For just $35 more you can add embroidered hats, jackets, and stocking caps. All embroidery is done by our in-house team. Your fans get a full merch line, not just t-shirts.

Logo shirts (3 color, front and back) range from $24.95 each for 25 pieces down to $8.50 each for 1,000 pieces. No. BuyRaceShirts charges no artwork fees and no setup fees on bulk orders. Premium illustration shirts include one fully illustrated car drawing. Additional cars are $175 each.

Yes. You can mix and match t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, tank tops, and other garments to meet total quantity for price breaks.

Logo shirts feature your team logo, name, number, and sponsors in a 3-color design on front and back. Premium illustration shirts feature custom drawn artwork of your actual vehicle — our artist draws your car from photos you provide, creating a one-of-a-kind design with 4 or more colors. Premium illustration shirts include one fully illustrated car, with additional cars at $175 each.

Yes. We serve individual drivers, racing teams, tracks, and events. The same online store program and bulk ordering options are available for all.

Once we have your assets (car photos, logos, sponsor info), your custom design is typically ready in 1–2 weeks. For online stores, the store goes live as soon as you approve the design, runs for about two weeks, then we print and ship all orders. For bulk orders, turnaround is typically 2–3 weeks after art approval. The biggest variable is how quickly you get us your materials.

Photos of your car (high resolution if possible), sponsor logos (vector files preferred but not required), your car number and team colors, and any design ideas or references. Don't have everything ready? No problem — fill out the order form and we'll work through it together.

Yes. We have a dedicated artist who creates custom illustrations of your actual vehicle from photos you provide. Every design is one of a kind — your car, your paint scheme, your number, your sponsors. We do not use generic templates.

Screen printing is our primary method — vibrant, durable prints on automated presses. We also offer DTF (direct-to-film) for specialty items like toddler and youth sizes. All embroidery is done in-house.

T-shirts, hoodies (standard, quality, and performance), long sleeve t-shirts, crewneck sweatshirts, tank tops, and more. Sizes from youth small through adult 5XL. For online stores, we pre-select quality garments, but specific brand or style requests can be accommodated.

Yes. Based in Montevideo, Minnesota, shipping anywhere in the United States. For online store orders, we ship each individual order directly to the buyer.

Yes. Embroidered hats, stocking caps, beanies, and other headwear through our in-house embroidery team. Add to any online store for $35 more, or include in a bulk order.
